At this time Hip Baby only accepts Visa and Mastercard.
TAXES
People ordering from BC will have GST and PST added to their orders. All other Canadian orders will be subject to GST and any applicable local taxes. There will be no taxes added to US or overseas orders.
CURRENCY
Please note that all orders are processed in CDN funds. People ordering from other countries will have their orders subject to currency rates charged by their credit cards on the day of the purchase.
PRIVACY
All information submitted on our site will never be disclosed, ever, not for profit or exchange. Period.
From time to time you may receive mail outs or emails regarding sales or other points of interest. If you wish to be removed from the mail out list, please let us know.
RETURN POLICY
On this site, we've made an effort to supply you with as much information as possible about each garment so that you can make an informed decision but mistakes do happen, and we will do our best to solve any reasonable issues that might arise from ordering on our site.
Although we do not offer refunds, we are committed to getting you exactly what you ordered.
If you receive damaged goods or you feel that you've received an unsatisfactory garment, we will exchange the garment once we receive the returned item by mail. This must be done within 21 days from the time you ordered the item and must be returned with all tags. The garment must not be worn or washed and must be in its original condition.
The amount of the returned item will then be credited toward your next order.
Please remember that any time an item has to be transported by mail that precious fuels are being used and released into the environment. By working together on these issues we can make a difference to reducing emissions related to returns. On our end we will always try to make sure you get the quality garment you ordered and expect from Hip Baby.
Please note: For obvious reasons and because of Canadian law, there are no refunds or exchanges for any diaper or hygiene related products.
