Online Shopping Return and Exchange Policy

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on all personal care items, ie. pumps, diapers, bottles, nipples and items removed from their original packaging or used in any way  unless due to manufacturer defect in which case please call us for return authorization and instructions about how to get your replacement product.

We know that sometimes you get too many of one thing and not enough of another which is why all other items you purchase from us can be returned postage paid within 90 days for refund of product cost (less shipping charges) or exchange.  Provided of course that anything you return to us is still stocked in our store and a non-seasonal core item and  Merchandise returned for refund must be in it's original new un-used, unwashed, unworn state and in it's original packaging - you have up until 90 days to get the product back to us in the mail for return or exchange your choice.  

This policy applies to online purchases only - terms of return or exchange differ in our retail location.  In Store shopping policy is as follows - refunds within 7 days - exchanges up to 30 days on non-seasonal, non sale items un-used, un-opened merchandise only.  Please confirm details with clerk at the time of purchase as some items are final sale and the exchange period can be extended in specific circumstances ie gift registries.
